Please Help me Understand my MRI Results

I am a 29 y/o Male and my MRI results showed mild disc desiccation at C3/4.   Also noted was the following:

C3-4: There is a minimal broad-based posterior central disc protrusion with minimal mass effect on the
thecal sac. There is no mass effect on the cord or significant central canal narrowing. The facet and
uncovertebral joints are normally aligned. There is minimal uncovertebral joint arthropathy with mild
bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing.

C7-T1: There is a minimal broad-based posterior central disc protrusion with slight mass effect on the
thecal sac. There is no significant mass effect on the cord or central canal narrowing. Facet and
uncovertebral joints are normally aligned. There is no significant neuroforaminal narrowing.
What are the likely treatment/follow-up care I could be looking at?

Trying to get a little info before my follow-up on the 16th of Aug.  I like to be as prepared as possible so I am not shocked by my doctor.
