Pressure on back and breathing issue

I've noticed recently that certain sitting positions that cause pressure on my mid back (between the shoulder blades), can cause some breathing issues. I start to feel like it's hard to get a breath. If I lean forward, the feeling starts to go away.

I had a herniated disc in my neck several years ago... could I possibly have another one in my mid back now? Is this something I should get an MRI over?

That's the thing, there is no physical pain in neck or back.

Either way, I'll get to a doctor.

Yes, it is indeed possible.

It is also possible that your difficulty breathing could be from pain caused by problems in the neck.

You should see a doctor.
