Right Hand & neck pain

Goodmorning Sir (or) Madem

History of Patient : 45 Years Female, She has had no High BP or Low BP, Wt : 58 Kgs. Hight :5.4"ft
she is housewife.

Pls find the MRI Scan Result -
1. Loss of cervical lordosis
2.Mild disk bulge at C4-C5 level with adequate spinal canal and neural foramen.
3.left paracentral disk protrusion at C5-C6 level abutting left C6 nerve root with mild focal canal narrowing.
4.clivus normal
5.odontoid peg normally seen.
6.basi occiput C1 and C2 Vertebrae are normally seen.
7.No CV Junction abnormalities.
8.All other cervical vertebrae and posterior elements show normal fat marrow signals.
9.Cervical cord doesnot show any abnormal signal changes.
10.No abnormal pre (or) para Vertebral soft tissue lesions.

AP DIAMETRE :

C2-C3 - 7.2mm
C3-C4 - 8.4mm
C4-C5 - 8.6mm
C5-C6 - 7.3mm
C6-C7 - 7.6mm
C7-D1 - 11.1mm

IMPRESSION :

1. Mild disk bulge at C4-C5 level with adequate spinal canal and neural foramen
2. Left paracentral disk protusion at C5-C6 level abutting
3.Left C6 nerve root with mild focal canal narrowing
4.Right paracentral disk protrusion at C6-C7 level indenting right C7 nerve root with mild focal canal narrowing

This is the MRI Scan Report
Pls Suggest me Operation is requried or not.
Is She recover the Madical Treatment - like madicines or Not

Please, continue to see her doctors. She needs to focus on the C5/6/7 levels, they seem to consistant with the symptoms and M.R.I.

She is Suffering Right hand and neckpain ; no numbness  or tingling,
pain like some times happend seviour pain and some times moving pain wrist to shoulder,and neck.

Can you tell us more about your symptom's? With a M.R.I. that does have findings consistent with arm and hand pain, numbness, and or tingling, you could be a candidate for surgery. I believe your arm pain is comming from the C6/C7 disc causing the nerve root of C7 to pinched. If your left arm has problem it could the C5/C6 level. But you should be seeing a surgeon for this. Then if he thinks surgery is not required ask about injections to your neck, physical therapy and neck decompression (traction).
