Scoliosis, Lordosis, AND Kyphosis??

i am 19 years old and have always had scoliosis, and i'm just now realizing after finding out what they are that i think i have lordosis AND kyphosis too.  i've always had a bad swayback, and a bit of a hunchback too.  at my age, i don't get pain from them usually.  but i'm worried that years down the road i will.  is there anything i can do now to help my back and prevent, or lessen future pain?

desk work is notoriously bad for the back. it tightens the hip flexors and casues lower back pain, and it weakens and streches out your mid back allowing your head to fall forward-- this casues problems in the neck. Just exercise and stretch properly. especially upper body extension exercises and hip flexor streches.

First, off can you be more specific? Where is your scoliosis and what degree measure are you? Also, kyphosis and lordosis are normal curves of the spine. You neck and low back are lordotic and upper and sacrum are kyphotic. So did the Dr say where these "new" curves on you are?

ok i was hoping i'd get an answer like that!  do you know of any particular stretches/exercises?  I suppose I could probably find that stuff online.  I work at a desk all day, do you think that will make it worse for me later on?
