I have had 28 needles stuck in my back in the last 2 months. 20 of them were steriod epidurals. The last 8 shots were numbing medicine and steriods then they heated up the nerves to kill them off for 6 months to a year. They did 4 of those a week ago in my lower back right side. So far it did nothing. I got the last 4 in my lower left side yesterday. I'm glad the shots are over. They were not pleasant at all. Heating up the nerves sucked too because before they do that they shoot electricity into the nerves to make sure they hit the right spot before they actually start heating them up. Has anyone else been down this road? Ive been off work 3 months. I can't walk for more than 15 minutes then I gotta sit. If I do anything physical for more than a few minutes my back feels like it's on fire.
