Uncontrollable neck,shoulder,back,and arm pain.

I've been having a severe burning  painful aching feelings on my neck my shoulders my back
And my upper arms. It gets very painful
At times accompanied by a headache on the lower part on the back of my head that feels like needles are stabbing it. I had a concussion
About 3 1/2 months ago and was told that I had no severe damage by a neurologist. Side note- I am very stressed out could this have an effect? What do you think is the reason for this ?

In the US the convention is to see your personal physician who can make a referral.

The pain does not really go away but I feel like when I try to relax I feel it more. Which symptoms does emotional distress cause? And what kind of doctor should I go see for this?

Emotional distress can cause some of the symptoms you describe. For instance, does the pain go away if you lie down and relax?

These symptoms can also be from long-standing degenerative problems that had nothing to do with your concussion. You would be wise to follow up with your personal doctor who can order an Xray to see what's going on in there.
