What can it be cervical ,how to treat?

MRI shows partially desiccated c3 c5 with mild post.  Disc bulge causing thecal sag indentation and sane for L5 and L6, i had many symptoms of pain on my neck and shouder difficulty in turning left side also i was diagonsed of scoliosis, what should i do, tjey give me pain medicine and vitD vit b12 and say that MRI is normal but how I feel at times weakness on my right side my right leg and right arm, please help me anyone what should i do, because at times my heartbeat is fast and pain at the back of the head and neck were there, I had sudden seizure like and heartbeat was fast and was unable to sleep properly as suddenly i felt jerk and gasp, i dnt know how to treat I had MRI twice but neuro says its normal, had my thyroid test normal, what could it be please help sir ,I am 23 yrs old and cannot do job due these issues ,i also had fallen from roof at 7 yrs age, please help me how to treat and what to do to posture and daily routine, any kind person please
