What does my MRI Results mean?

L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4: Normal signal and height. No significant bulge, stenosis, or face disease.

L4-L5: decreased disc height with disc desiccation. A 4 mm broad based disc bulge is seen flattering the anterior thecal sac. Moderate central canal stenosis without significant foraminal stenosis.

L5-S1: Decreased disc height with disc desiccation. A 7 mm central disc herniation/protrusion slightly more to the right side creates severe central canal stenosis, AP dimension of the central thecal sac is 5.5 mm. This disc ventral does bulge literally more prominent on the right side contributing to mind foraminal.
