broken hardware?

I had open back fusion surgery feb 22nd of this year. Been doin ok slowly improving til bout 2 weeks ago or so. This is what I am now experiencing. It hurts fiercely to log roll out of bed, stand up, sit, or walk. I hear and feel a "popping noise and sensation" and then feel this shooting, piercing, sharp agony pain. When lying down, its more painful and difficult to roll to the right then the left, I get that popping feeling in my fusion site accompanied with this horrific pain. I have my 7 week post op appt on Friday and have a list of things to ask my dr. Has anyone else experienced this in during their recovery from a lumbar back fusion surgery? I'm thinking maybe sumthing like hardware came loose or hs a problem? Thank u for listening. *hugs*

Nope not broken hardware. My appt today was fine and my exrays showed the hardware where it should be.
