can someone explain what low lying cerebellar tonsils means?

I am confused on whether I should be concerned with my MRI results. Among some,  was mentioned 2 hemangioma's, straightening of the spine, DDD, spondylolysis, and cerebellar tonsils are low lying. I am a 40 year old female with daily back pain. I recently had to visit the ER because of severe low back pain that ran into my legs. The ER doctor told me that it was probably Siatica. In doing research on the terms used in the MRI results, the thing that most concerns me is the low lying tonsils. I have been seeing an ear, nose and throat specialist for some time now, who ran several tests on my hearing to find nothing wrong, but I suffer from Vertigo, ringing in my right ear on a daily basis along with others voices at times sounding like robots (the only way to describe the sound). In researching about the low lying tonsils, I notices that some of the affects of this can be a lot of the symptoms I experience. It affects my balance, neck pain, numbness in arms and legs, ringing or buzzing in ears, insomnia, depression, headaches, etc;All of which I experience. My GP has not mentioned much concern on my MRI. Should I ask him to refer me to a specialist? They have wanted me to get injections in my spine, but I do not wish to have them.
I would greatly appreciate any advice given and also appreciate you taking time to read about my issues at hand. Thank you!
