failed back surgery?

I had a MI L4-L5 Laminectomy 4 weeks today and still have the exact pain and worse as I did prior to surgery. I am healthy and fit and have complied with all post op instructions. What's going on? Please help.

a year ago I was where you are today, and it takes a long time to get over this surgery, give yourself some time. it was a good 10 months before I felt 'normal' again and its a new normal anyhow. it will get better. in the mean time, call the dr, but really time is all you probably need, and prayer. your in my prayers tonight.
