Can someone please  tell me in simple terms what this means, please. ..  C4-C5:  left central  disc protrusion is seen causing mild to moderate central  thecal sac stenosis with flattening  of the  cervical cord.  C5-C6: left subarticular disc protrusion  is seen causing mild to moderate left lateral  recess stenosis and mild left neural foraminal  narrowing.     Thank you.

U gt a messed up disk causing narrowing affecting cervical cord possibility of bone rubbing together c4-5-6 just pin points certain spots of spine
