i had a pain in my spinal for 2 weeks i could not sit it was very pain full after that it went than i had a numb in my boom after any time i sit down even for just 5mints and i did want to go to a doctor about it i thought it just something normal but numb in my boom is still there i do not what to do ?

yesterday my all leg was numb i could not feel it for a long time i tried to walk on it but still i could not feel it

I think it might be paravertebral musle spasm
causing this pain
another possibility is a disc problem of your lumbar spines
wait and follow up the symptoms
inform me for possible advise according to the progress of your symptoms
