lock jaw and light stiff neck

i started to suffer from lockjaw 3years from now and i haven't done anything to it. i just let it be, soon the discomfort fades away but the clenching would still be there. Also have light stiff neck when turning my head toward right, well not that bad but there is still somewhat a very light pain. Im having an idea it's related with my ear problem, there's got to be something annoying in waking up on either part of it im not sure whether left or right, it's just that painful and then it'll be gone for moments after. how's are those three related?

Sounds like TMJ/TMD (dysfunction of the joint of the jaw). You should seek a physical therapist who works with this disorder, as there often is a neck problem associated with (and frequently causing) these jaw symptoms.

TMJ is muscle related. The jaw being so close to the ear canal is most always involved. If you don't do anything about this, the jaw will seize up.
