HI..u mention the loss of lordosis in the lumbar region which is ur coccyx....lordosis is the natural curve...so it is putting ur tail bone in a diff location which may be causing the pain. Sometimes PT helps with the loss of lordosis of the cervical spine and may be a possibility for u.I am not sure about ur disk bulge tho....

Good luck

1. Congenital fusion: something you’re born with.

2. Disc bulge indenting thecal sac: your disc bulge is pressing against the thecal sac. The thecal sac contains fluid to protect and feed the nerves and it encases the spinal cord. These indentations don’t normal cause any symptoms or pain.

3. Facet arthropathy. and disc bulge at l5-S1. This is referring to Arthritis related Facet joint problems and you have a disc bulge at L5-S1.

I don’t see anything in this report that is particularly alarming, I think you would benefit by spending some time in Physical Therapy.

Yes, it is possible for L5-S1 to refer pain to the coccyx. The way to verify this would be to inject a local anesthetic into the area. If the pain is relieved immediately, then it’s not from the L5-S1 level. Either way, you should have these injections, they might help you.
