what does it mean when your having right sided numbness with nausea?  MRI and CT Scan results are all normal

I would sign yourself up for some major massage therapy and make sure you exercise regularly (I suggest yoga). If you are considering stress being the cause, our posture goes out the window and we don't take care of ourselves the way we should, or protect our body to one side. I've had numbness on my right side through shoulder/arm and rt glut/sciatica down the leg, all one coming from the other or weakness. The only thing that helped me was massage, chiropractics and increasing my overall strength, especially in my core.

hopefully that is the case, and not something more major. Are you a person that is generally in shape? (or can you admit that you could be doing better?) Do you do a lot of repetitious movements at work? sitting or standing in one spot most of the day?

I've been discussing my situation with friends who are also in the medical like myself and some say it might be due to stress Im having at work...Because my symtoms come up when I feel anxious/panic at work...  And I've had blood tests that the neurologist have ordered and everything is within level except for  some results that says I'm borderline anemic.

You probably need additional diagnostic testing to determine the cause of your right sided numbness and nausea.  It really does depend on the nature and extent of the numbness and how it has affected your activity level etc.
While you had a CT and MRI of the head which showed no abnormalities, the continuation of your symptoms would indicate the need for further investigation.
There are various possibilities including auto-immune disorders or possible nerve entrapment or irritation.  
Has your doctor initiated any additional testing? It is difficult to assess what the underlying cause might be based on the tests performed to date.
