P.S. if you do live in a country like America and you don't have health insurance, that is OKAY because in the end, the car insurance of the person who hit you, that insurance plan will pay... not you. But, YOU need to go to the doctor first to get a report saying that you were in an accident and you are in pain and still are in pain. A doctor must be the one to fill out this report. And you must file this report with your local authorities ASAP. Ask your doctor how to do this if you don't know how. It is important because if you are still in pain now... you might start experiencing worse pain in the future, especially without proper medical treatment. And, medical treatment can be expensive without having insurance pay for it. And this was not your fault. Someone hit you. This was their fault and their insurance should pay for it.

Hopefully you will not get any worse. Sometimes, it takes awhile to feel better after being hit like that. It can take up to a year or more for your body to recover from something like that. But there is a possibility with accidents that pain can get worse over time instead of better. In order to avoid this, you need to go to your doctor ASAP.

Getting hit by a car or a truck is a big deal. You should really get this checked out by a doctor. This is not a "no reason" situation. If you are ever in an accident you should really go to the doctor. In fact, it is important to go to the ER or your family doctor ASAP after such an event because if you need to file a police report... you will need to have medical reports to go along with a police report. Also, if you need to collect health insurance... and seeing as you are experiencing pain now, it is looking like you might... you will need a doctor's report!! You can't collect health insurance after an accident if you don't have a doctor's report. It is not too late to get a doctor's report... although it would have been better to go sooner. Do not waste ANY more time. Go to your doctor ASAP. This applies even if you live in a country like Canada that has universal health care... because not everything, like physio, massage therapy, and prescription medication is covered under the government's health plan... you will need accident insurance and you will need a doctor's report in order to claim that. And it is even MORE important if you live in a country like America where nothing is covered by the government. Please go to the doctor ASAP. Being seen by a doctor is very important, even if your pain level is "only" mild or moderate.
