I would recommend your physician, who can possibly get you something to help you thru.,  for the back pain, see a chiropractor, if you get a referral from your doc, then ins will pay with less headaches on your part.  take in a massage,  sombra is awesome for pain, it is topical, and arbonne makes a really good one too.  good luck!

You need to start first with seeing your regular primary care doctor.  Explain to him/her how long you've been having this problem & where.  Heh, everybody get's depressed at times, but is it actually causing your back pain? Hard to say for sure, but not likely.  I always wonder which comes first? The back pain or the depression.  It's the old chicken verses egg argument.  Anyway, start with your doctor.  Request that they send you to a specialist.  Before going to a specialist, it may be that your doc wants to do an MRI or xrays.  Do them.  It helps in determining what the problem is.  DON'T just accept whatever pain killers your primary gives you & leave it at that.  They don't cure the problem.
