Well, my whole body isn't achy, just my neck.
Most of the time I try to eat healthy and I skateboard non stop, but I've been just sitting around my house so I think i might just be tired, Because over the weekends when I do stuff i normally feel ok.
It's mainly during the school week.
And I always wake up tired, I haven't got good sleep in awhile.=/
When you mentioned the word "achy" it made me feel you have a virus which is taking a lot time to go and that maybe your body's resistance to infection isnt that great at the moment ...... Are you normally a fit and healthy boy who eats healthily, gets enough exercise and sleep?
