CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHAT THIS MEANS!

My doc decided that I no longer need pain meds. So I havent taken Taken Norco for about 3 weeks now. I was told to take tylenol and ibuprofen. But as I am sure many  know It doesnt even touch the pain it puts me to sleep but only for a few hours. After a few hours I twist an turn over in my sleep and the pain wakes me! I pulled the last Test results I had done,They state compression burst fractures at T-5 and T-4 with a 50 to 60 percent decrease in height at the mid to anterior aspect.  Moderate anterior and posterior retropulsion. Retropulsion is noted to push back against the anterior aspect of the thecal sac. Causing stenosis of the thecal sac. There also is bone marrow edema of the mid substance of T-6 but no decrease in height There is moderate scoliosis in the mid and upper thoracic spine.Cervical spine and thoracic spine showed degenerative disc disease and disk desiccation at all levels. posterior disk buldging at multiple levels of the cervical spine and posterior osteophyte formation present with spinal stenosis! It drives me crazy and god forbid they have to try and help in someway. To be honest I just dont know what all this medical stuff means and no one wants to expain it. Is there anyone who can explain these results to me, what it means, what other problems can occur, and how it might be treated. My surgery on the thorasic spine has made it worse.

Is this a post- op MRI ? Going by this, you must have a fair amount of neck pain too, arm and hand pain? I know thoracic pain is horrible. Is all this as a result of your accident?

Yes, besides the degenerative disk disease and of course the osteoporosis! You got it right my hands arms shoulders neck hurt as well as nasty headaches! Sometime my hands tingle and go numb, I could cut my self or burn my hand and not feel it. The thoracic makes my chest hurt along with the back, ribs, and when its real bad it hurts to take a deep breath! O and yes this is post op! They only did surgery on the thoracic and left my neck the way it is! What gets to me is The daily pain is driving me crazy and to leave me with nothing for the pain has caused issues with me being able to go to my kids sporting events. I have a hard time driving, my house is a total wreck, I cant keep up with it all. Bending over to pick stuff off the floor doesnt work, going down stairs carryin laundry hurts like hell and many many other things.

So sorry I havent got back to you, O a brighter note we were preparing to send our son to college. He got a full scholarship to run track. But My family doc has begun sending me to spinal specialists and a neurosurgeon, hopefully something will be found out and soon. I have developed new issues and he became concerned. On the left side of the surgical site across the shoulder blade up the shoulder and down the length of the the site of the surgery all across that left side to the ribs, It has been burning, and stinging. O that and after an ER visit for stitches in my left hand from doing dishes and slicing my hand open. I didnt feel it, I only noticed it when I noticed the water turning blood red. So just maybe they will finally realize something has got to be done and so far they are Last week I had CT SCANS AND MRIS ON EVERY INCH OF MY SPINE. I AM STILL AWAITING RESULTS THOUGH!!  I have to thank you for just letting me get some of this out keeping it to my self and just accepting what they said wasnt working. Thank you!
