Can someone tell me what this means?

I'm female, mid 50s. I was diagnosed with a small pcom aneurysm in mid 2019. I have a f.h of fatal brain bleeds. In early 2020, I started to experience dizziness, sore/stiff neck, sore left arm, bladder weakness/urgency and numbness of left hand.
I was told I had 'mild oesteo-arthritis' and that nothing needed to be done. I got a copy of my neck mri and there are points I really don't understand.
c2-3 mild left neural exit canal narrowing
c3-4 bilateral unconvertebral joint degeneration + disc/osteophyte bar which indents ventral csf. Mild neural exit canal stenosis
c4-5 mild disc/osteophyte bar indenting ventral csf. mild bilateral neural exit canal stenosis
c5-6 moderate disc/osteophyte bar indenting csf touching the cord. Mild bilateral neural exit canal stenosis
c6-7 very minor disc/osteophyte bar indenting ventral csf.

All I've been told to do is take painkillers and neuro-blockers.

Am I at risk of paralysis?

Hope someone can help with interpreting the above mri.
