Discomfort in back left side when sitting.

So I few months ago, probably almost a year now. I woke up and sat at my computer chair and notice my left side was bothering me. It's not really a pain it's a discomfort, dull sometimes like a tingle or cramp/pressure feeling. It's almost feels like a muscle strain because I have had lots of them on my left side and I've had herniated disc. When sitting with my back against something is when I feel it. I can sit leaning forward and It doesn't bother me.  After sitting for a while sometimes it feels like I have a small ball or how bunched up cloth can feel when pressed against you body long enough can feel. Like a pressure. When this first happened it was more intense then 3 moths later is wasn't as bad and I though it was going away but now It's the same everyday. I did work out the night before and I bought a new chair with adjustable lumbar support (I chair with lumbar support before cause my left side to feel weird for like 2 weeks,) So I thought it. I talked to a doctor a few months ago and he just agreed with what I said and that was that. I'm about to just go to a new doctor.
