Fed up with back pain

Hey! I am thirty-eight years old. Back pain is very common among people nowadays and I have been using pain relievers. But nowadays I find it very difficult to be satisfied with those over-the-counter pain relievers. I used to prepare cupcakes for my kids as an evening snack them. Now I can’t stand for even ten minutes in the kitchen. My husband is a businessman and he is always busy with his works. And I don’t know how to tackle this situation. My aunt did physiotherapy treatment when she faced a similar situation. But she is aged and I don’t know whether I can also undergo the treatment. Anyway, I am going to fix an appointment with a physiotherapist in Bolton. What do you people think? Is there any age limits for undergoing a physiotherapy treatment?  I am just fed up with the pain!
