Herniated Discs, Spinal Stenosis and Fibromyalgia

I have been diagnosed with these conditions for about 5 years. The spinal stenosis was recent, about 6 months ago at my last MRI. I was taking Norco for the longest time, but had to keep taking more and more to keep the pain away. My doctor has me on tramadol, which doesnt help at all. Any suggestions?

Thank you for responding. This is a fairly new Doctor, she has all of my history and MRI's, I am going to see her in a few days so I will talk to her about other options. I did go to PT and they had a 6 week plan for me, but after 3 weeks they said I was not improving so they let me go saying there was nothing more they could do for me :(

I'm sorry to hear about your pain. I would mention to your dr that this new med isn't working. They tend to start you out on the lowest dose of new medications. He may adjust your dose or try another med.  Are you doing anything besides the meds to manage your pain? A warm moist heating pad, acupuncture, light excercise or PT might help as well. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
