PAIN IN MY LEFT CHEST. RIGHT WHERE MY HEART IS

I HAVE A PAIN IN MY LEFT CHEST. IT REALLY HURTS WHEN I SNEEZE. AFTER A FEW WEEKS IT GOES AWAY AND WHEN I LIFT HEAVY STUFF, WRESTLE OR DO ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES HEAVY STUFF. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LEFT CHEST AND CURE IT. PLEASE HELP

It causes sharp pain in the costosternal joint — where your ribs and breastbone are joined by rubbery cartilage. Pain caused by costochondritis may mimic that of a heart attack or other heart conditions.

If it hurts to sneeze you might have just  pulled something or it could be an inflamed lung if it hruts to breath.  I would go to my chiropractor you might have to have you ribs adjusted.
