Slight tremors

Sometimes when I bend over, I get a slight tremor in my back/neck. I have zero pain, but I feel like an old man when I bend over.

I'm only 19 years old and the only thing I can think of is that I spend a lot of time on the computer with poor posture usually. Should I seek physical therapy to help alleviate these symptoms or just let them go away on their own?

Did you mention this problem to your family physician. That would be the best place to start. Goodluck to you

I don't mean to be repetitive and I realize my problem may seem insignificant compared to others, but any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
