Upper Back & Neck Pain

I have been having upper back, neck and shoulder pain for about 3 months now.  I have been seeing a chiropractor now for about 2 months twice a week.  It doesn't seem to be getting much better but it is at the point where now I can pop my upper back and shoulders all of the time.  In the beginning, it would hardly move or be loosened up.  Do you think it is worth to continue to see this doctor or should I try someone else?  He took an x-ray at the beginning and I have very slight curve to my upper spine.  I work a lot at a desk all day and he says it is from that.

It probably is from either your posture or from repetitive stress from working on a computer (the typing posture is not usually that good for your body). You might try tai chi or yoga, and maybe consider acupuncture.
