Is there a recommended type of bariatric surgery following gallbladder removal?

I had a Cholecystectomy nearly 10 years ago. As a result, I’ve suffered some lasting side effects that include daily runny stools 3-4 times a day with a sudden urgency to void (including rate but ongoing bouts of incontinence when I mistakenly thought I needed to pass gas or when I didn’t have access to a restroom).

I’m currently looking into getting bariatric surgery but I’m scared to do anything that will exasperate this already sensitive issue. Is there a specific type of procedure I should avoid? Similarly is there a specific bariatric procedure that could help ease these symptoms?

Thanks!
