Anyone try Clonodine?

I have been on Lamictal for about 2 years and Valium for 9years. (Bi Polar 2 and anxiety's)
Recently my Psych put me on Clonodine to help with "anger" but I have been having some issues on this medication I find troublesome. Problem is  My Psych is only in every other week and sometimes longer on "vacation" and there is no on call nurse

I was suppose to be on 0.1mg 2x a day but cut the 0.1mg to half because 0.1mg knock me on my bum! Which is weird cause on all the benzo's even at high doses at the beginning NEVER knocked me out. I was laying on the couch stuck fading in and out on 0.1mg so I cut it.
other problems
*Trouble concentrating real bad on anything as well as zoning out.
*Feeling the world is altered like I took some psychedelics but they aren't kicking in fully
*Anger... really bad anger
* Not addictive I know but after first dose I REALLY wanted it. (The sedation and weird world scared me but at the same time a part of me like it?)
*Up and down anxiety (one min helps next worse)
* Head zaps and headaches
* For some reason I REALLY want to take up drinking alcohol again?
*Then the normal side effects dizzy/shaky/ feeling faint so on

It's the altered world, extreme sedation, that make me worried. Even on half of 0.1mg I am pretty sedated and dream walking but in fear.
It did help with-
*IBS like symptoms and sweats so on.

I was hoping it would reduce my high heart rate but I don't think it is... It may be increasing it.
I REALLY wanted this  to work especially if my Psych is thinking of taking me off a long life of benzos (not sure)
But even now as I type thi about to take my second dose of a half of 0.1mg I feel like falling asleep and that the world is off and I am pissed off. I hate walking on that med too talk about head rush! I am on such a low dose it seems unlikely but I was fine till I tried these. I do not have low BP it is usually normal and in rare cases borderline high (on just the top number) Nobody has checked my BP since starting the med but again I am on a really low dose....
I have been on half a 0.1mg 2x a day for about 3 days now and still VERY sedated at such a low dose it astounds me because I have taking many sleep pills and higher benzos?

I know nobody's a Doc and can not give medical advice. However any personal advice (while I wait for my psych) Or opinions or experiences anyone has had with Clonodine is really appreciated. In your opinions would you stick it out while you wait or drop it?
I am aware of it's many uses (tho I did not see one for anger) I have not found anything anywhere what I experienced?

(Known problems = Bi polar 2, anxiety's, ptsd, Anemia, High heartrate in the 115 to 120 but good echo and normal rhythm.)

I am guessing nobody else had these problems on it and  that it doesn't sound anxiety related or like any reaction any one as heard to be able to give a opinion.
I did not take it today and felt none of the above symptoms.
I was just really hoping for reassurance that these problems sounded familiar  and that I just needed to adjust so that there was a possibility I could still take this medication.
I would have pursued it to see if all I needed to do was adjust but wasn't sure if the problems sounded dangerous or risky so I just stopped I hope my Doc is in next week, I plan to switch to a different doctor who is more available when I can.
