Book recommendations

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any good book recommendations for me as I've just been diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar disorder. I have gone years thinking I had major depressive disorder and it is likely I developed bipolar in the past few years as I'm 25 now. It's been hard to identify because I only get to hypomania which is possible in rapid cycling and never know whether I'll be depressed today or bouncy and ready to challenge the world. I was also diagnosed with cyclothymia disorder, but I'm confused how you can have both, so I may have misunderstood the doctor. A lot to learn and Internet is great, but I like books for stuff like this.

Thanks!
