Hypomania with pyscotic features

I have been diagnosed bp2 and have just been on the recomended black dog site, it indicates that bp2 hypomania people do not have these features, I had some of these features during an antidepressent induced hypomania during and after I came off the AD medication, i am in a mixed state now and on epilim x 3.

I know that feeling, uneasy in your skin? jittery?  uncomfortable?

Ok take a deep breath and change up, I generally take a valium and go for a walk but the walk might work for you well.

You can't get hypomania with psychotic features.

Hypomania is distinguished from mania by the absence of psychotic symptoms.  In other words if there are psychotic features its mania.

BP2's can get psychotic features in mania the same as anyone does.

Is this what you are referring to on the Black Dog Site ?

"Bipolar Disorder II is generally viewed as less severe, with no psychotic experiences, and with episodes tending to last only hours to a few days, but longitudinal studies suggest impairment is often as severe as in Bipolar I Disorder."

Note the word 'generally' because thats the clue  - the information they are giving is very basic here and its not conculsive.  There are Type2's here who have experienced psychotic features - i have experienced them myself.
