Is there relationship between Anxiety and Bipolar?

Is bipolar increase anxiety problem?

I'm really bad to deal with triggers that stimulate anxiety and worry. triggers make me over thinking. Over thinking lead to anxiety cycle and may be depression too. I need to learn how to deal with it. How can I do that? How can I control over thinking and stop it? How can I stop blame myself? Advice me please.

All of the above replys are great!!  I recommended them as well. I did want to tell you MR WHY in case you were not aware, many meds have the side effect of causing Anxiety.

What about anxiety and feeling worry without clear causes? For example, I woke up and I feel too worry. I don't know why. Just I feel so worry.

This is first time understood my reaction when I became hungry. I became very irritable, anger, and nervous too much. When I became irritable due to hungry, it sometimes broke all my previous work.

Hungry:
Although it is not hard to tell when you are hungry because there are obvious signs, it is important to not wait until hunger actually hits.  Our body needs to have a reserve of energy that is high enough to manage our lives and in order to insure we have this a balanced diet is important.  This is true for everyone but more important for those of us with bipolar.  If our energy dips too low and we are hungry it can make us irritable which leads me into the A of HALT.
Anger:
Anger can eat up energy quickly.  The amount of energy that would usually last us for hours can be depleted in minutes when we are triggered into anger.  Of course this energy can come back if we get some time alone to reflect and/or rest but too much time alone can lead to the next letter L.
Lonely:
If we spend too much time alone we start to long for communication when we feel energetic.  Just like anything else- you lose it if you do not use it.  We want to talk to people, even if it is just online.  An introvert may not experience this as much because they are fundamentally their own best company but for most of us being social is important.  The longer we spend locked up indoors, the harder it is to go back out and hang out with people.  We may even avoid people and that is a good sign that depression has pretty much sit in.
Tired:
Being tired can be a trigger.  When we are not well rested our concentration goes down and we may become irritated if we are talked to or have responsibilities that we must take care of.
The HALT acronym is a good one to remember.  Often times we may not notice when we are experiencing one of them until it is too late but in retrospect we can start to form healthy lifestyle choices that prevent them.  Like if I notice everyday around 1200-100 I become very tired and start to fall apart, I might start eating a little extra for breakfast so that I have a little energy throughout the day.

I assumed you tried something like that before.  I overthink things sometimes as well and that is why I know it works.
From your response it sounds like you are pretty level-headed right now and that is good.
I would recommend having a card that you carry around with you with the acronym HALT wrote on it.
H.A.L.T. stands for hungry, angry, lonely, tired and it is something that I try to live my life by.  I learned it because of a drug addiction.  I was taught and do believe that my triggers would occur usually when I was one of those things... but more recently anger has been my biggest trigger primed with insecurity.

What is it that you are often thinking about?

My answer: mainly something related to future or other responses.
I know that not right. I have to think day by day. One thing a time. That's what I'm try to do it. It just need sometime.

Sometimes there is strong trigger like yesterday. For that, I wrote my question. I tried similar technique. Actually, it works after awhile.

I will tell you a surefire way to stop overthinking but you have likely already thought of it.... lol
It is very difficult to think and do at the same time.  I tell you this and hope that you will definitely go through it.
There is a coping technique that I heard of in treatment that has worked well for me when I decide to use it.  It is called the 3 ds... Delay-Distract-Decide.
It has to work in that order and I am only going to tell you a little bit about it if you will promise to try it but I warn you that it means learning by action not by reading.  I am sure that I have the answer that you are looking for this time but I want to be positive that you are going to follow through.  Also one question for me.  What is it that you are often thinking about
