Problms are mood swings.one extreme to the other.can i lead a normal married life?

If you know what a normal married life is well you prob could. But what is normal am I normal with skits polar manic dep PTSD drug abuse. I would say that you need to let go of a past tense you have which you will find that you have head space to make what society calls normal and as soon as your partner comes home give them a cuddle and tell them just how you feel and bang you will notice a ease of weight there n then

I don't know about 'normal' as I believe normal only exists as a setting on a washing machine, but you can live a fulfilled life. I am married 10 years, and it has had its rough patches for sure, but we've gotten through them. If you can take a bipolar education course - do. Do the things to get you healthy like eating well and exercise, and hold out hope. Its more difficult being married and bipolar but it is not impossible.
