There should be health care coverage options where you might be able to afford it. If you are not working you might qualify for Medicaid. If you do and don't have it right now you could qualify for emergency Medicaid and then have that transition to straight Medicaid. If you are working and your state has that option you might qualify for the Medicaid Buy in for Working People with Disabilities. Also there is the Patient Assistance Program where a person can obtain the prescriptions for free each month for certain medications if they fall between the gaps for coverage. You will get hit with withdrawal symptoms regardless and Seroquel is an antipsychotic with mood stabilizing properties not an anti-depressent. Only a psychiatrist could give medically specific advice. Find out if any of the coverage options I described could be of help to you and if none could there should be free walk in clinics where you live. I would think one of those options should be of help.

If you discontinue a medication all at once you will get withdrawal symptoms some of which can be dangerous. The only way to discontinue a medication is through your psychiatrists' exact titration schedule. If you want to discontinue Zoloft because you can't tolerate the side effects ask your psychiatrist about available options. We have some websites linked up on the welcome page for futher information that you could then discuss with your psychiatrist.
