Help my cockatiel has bad feet he would rather be on the bottom of cage

Please can anybody give me advice my cockatiel is about 15 now his feet seem not to be right it's like they have formed into growths on the side of two front and between back doesn't look sore but he can't seem to perch properly without tryin to flap his wings his feet seem flat because of this his been sitting on the bottom of cage for few days now thank you
