Hey everyone I been on depo for 3 months now and on my second shot I was thinking about getting off because of the stories about depo question how long does your cycle stays on

Well I don't think that's true. What is more likely is that it might take a while for your cycle to get back on track after quitting depo but eventually it will get back to normal. It just takes longer to return to being fertile after depo.

Have you had your period the whole time you've been on the shot? I've heard that can happen. It's hard to say when it would stop because everyone is different when it comes to reactions to medication. It might only take one cycle but it might take more. If you want to start taking the pill after quitting depo, it's recommended that you wait until after your last shot expired to start taking the pill.  Basically what you'd do is start the pill whenever you would've gotten your next shot.
