2 pills 2 days in a row, should I be concerned?

3 weeks ago on a Tuesday I missed my pill. I realised this on Wednesday so I took Tuesday & Wednesday's pills.
On Thursday I lost track of the week and thought it was Friday. I thought I had forgotten the pill again so I took another 2 pills, leaving nothing to be taken on Friday.
I had sex that Saturday and my period started in Monday when it was due.

I continued taking my dud pills and have just finished my first week on active pills. But for the last week I have been struggling with headaches, tiredness and an unsettled tummy - especially when I've eaten and my stomach has been bloated in the last few days. My diet hasn't changed in the last 2-3 months.

Is this something I should be concerned about?
