Could I be pregnant?*URGENT*

Hi, I'm 16 and I take the birth control pill Beyaz for my endometriosis and heavy periods,  I skip the sugar pills and just start a new pack right away, i do this 4 times to get my period every 4 months and sometimes i take the pill 30 mins to an hour late, but over the past few weeks I've been taking it exactly on time. I am a virgin, so my boyfriend and I have never had sex, usually if we do anything I always have my clothes on, but a little less than a month ago we were at his house messing around (not sex) and he ejaculated and it got on my hand, I happened to touch my vagina a few minutes later but thought nothing of it, the next day I took Plan B just to be safe. After I took it I thought I had nothing to worry about. I'm on my 3rd month now, so I technically am supposed to keep taking my pill for the next month until my period, but I'm on my 2nd pill on this pack and I had some beige/rusty brown discharge, very light in color, I think I'm spotting even though there no actual blood yet. A lot of websites just say that if you start spotting to stop taking the pill and just have your period and restart when its done. But some other websites also say that if you are on the pill and experience irregular spotting, it could be from implantation of a pregnancy which is said to occur around 4 weeks, I'm just really worried and I'm kind of nervous to take a test since the incident happened close to that time. I don't have sore swollen breast, no morning sickness, no mood swings or weird cravings, nothing to really indicate I might be pregnant other than the strange spotting and the timing of what happened. I'm going to just try to have my period, but since it's an induced period from withdrawal of the pill, how will I know if I'm pregnant or not (besides a pregnancy test) since technically an egg isn't being released and some people have reported getting the induced period while pregnant. If anyone can give me some insight as soon as possible that would be great
