Diaphragm

Hi Everyone,

I'm 18 years old and have been using a diaphragm for the past six months.  If I keep using a diaphragm for the next few years, while I continue to grow, will I have to start using a different size?  How will I know when I the size is no longer right for me?  I got fitted about 6 months ago, and it seems to be fine, I'm just wondering about what I should do in the future and if the diaphragm is actually the best choice for me.  Would love to hear other diaphragm users' experience.

Cheers!

Hi, you should get refitted every 2 years for a diaphragm and refitted if you lose more than 15 pounds.
