Does a one time 150 mg dose of fluconazole for vaginal thrush affect the effectiveness of hormonal birth control (the pill)?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would tell you not to worry about a one time dose.
It will not have much of any effect, (except to get rid of the yeast!)
