Mirena IUD can’t feel strings

I’ve had the Mirena IUD for 2 years now and I haven’t had a period since a month after I got it 2 years ago.. I’ve had on and off bleeding here recently I’ve been bleeding old and new blood!! I’ve had bad pain during sex and even randomly during the day and on my sides , this past week I’ve been really nauseous and I just went to check and see if I can feel my strings and I can not feel a thing and usually I can!! I went to pee the other day and it felt like a mucus plug coming out of me and it looked like a little round skin color circle with blood in it.. I’m really worried!
