How effective is the plan b after you have unprotected sex?

I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years now and if I did come out pregnant I wouldn't care. We had unprotected sex Sat. Oct. 20 and he came in me. I was upset at first because there's still a lot of things that I would like to do before we have children so he bought me the plan b. The next night we had sex again and he came in me twice. How effective is it after you take it? Should I take another one??

Well plan b is to be taken after as fast as the love is made. It may help in a reliable way for the single use. but i doubt that it helps afterwards sex. Better take depo or laproscopy 4 the time being. To asure anti-pregnancy.
