I'm extremely worried....

I had my baby on December 6th and the mirena put in about 2 weeks ago. I haven't had my first period yet but a few days ago I started having this dark brown almost black blood. It hadn't turned red at all,TMI but almost chocolate syrup looking. Use this normal for the mirena or for first period?
