I'd recommend it, though you can take a test to be sure. If it's negative, you then know you're fine. I truly lean toward it's the unknown amount of hormones taken at once affecting things (even actual emergency birth control can cause a delayed or skipped period).
Thanks that makes me feel better. I still haven't gotten it this month and last time when it finally came It was the 15 and it's now going on the 20th....so I should just relax?
I would honestly never use birth control as emergency birth control because you never know how much hormone is in the pills and you could over or undermedicate yourself since the hormone levels could add up to more or less than a morning after pill. Huge doses of hormones at once are never good for you and could have messed with your cycle a little. Take a test if you suspect pregnancy is possible. Then, you can calm your nerves.
