SOS need to know if i should take morning after pill

So my boyfriend and I had sex with the condom on, and he thought he ripped it so he took it out and yeah well what dyou know, it really was ripped. We were worried because he hasnt ejaculated yet so THEORETICALLY, there should be no sperm, but I was just reading about it and it is possible to have sperm in pre-ejaculation fluid/precum? I'm 4 days away from ovulation and I read that sperm can last for a maximum of 5 days, advice please!

It is possible to have sperm in pre-ejaculate. I am no medical professional but there are plenty of medical sources which state this. You're best bet (if this happens again) is to take emergency contraception as soon as you can (within the first few days) after having unprotected sex. The faster you take it, the more chance there is of preventing pregnancy.
