Stopping Depo provera

So I took my very first shot on 10/10/2017 but I didn’t like it. I had the worst side effects on it, some including anxiety, depression and IBS. My periods stopped while  I was on it. I was suppose to go for my second shot on 1/10/2018 but I never went back. I started spotting lightly since that day. But on 1/31/2018 I started bleeding heavily going on 2 weeks now. Some days it’s light and some days it’s heavy. I don’t know if it’s my period or just withdrawal bleeding from that one Depo shot. On 2/5/18, I had sex for the first time since November while I was spotting lightly. We used a condom and it broke at some point and he kept going for like a minute and put another one on till he finished. He says he didn’t *** in me but I am not sure. It’s been 3 days since it happened. Today I started getting bad cramps in my stomach...should I get plan b....or is there a chance the Depo worked. Is the bleeding I’ve been experiencing my ovulation coming back or is it my period? I don’t want to wait 2 week to get a pregnancy test and have it be positive so should I take plan b five days after sex?
