NUVARING - please help
I thought I was late with changing my nuvaring , so I took it out and put a new one instead. Couple minutes later I noticed that I had a miscalculation and I was ok with the time, so i put back the old nuvaring and returned the newly opened one to the bag.
My question is , what should I do with the one I have opened? Is it still ok to be used or should I throw it away?
I need to change my nuvaring soon and dont know if I can use it again

I think it should be fine in the resealable foil bag. Put it back in that and you should be good.
