MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be confirmed only after a complete medical evaluation whether these symptoms are related to taking contraceptives or some other cause. Many medical practitioners advise taking pills before being off implant. The symptoms of pain can be associated with muscle spasms of the large muscles which run alongside the spine. The few common possible causes of this pain are inflammation, muscle pull, muscle spasm, and poor alignment of the vertebrae. Other common causes are hernia, kidney stones, enlarged lymph glands, and ruptured or herniated disk. If the pain is severe you may take an anti-inflammatory medicine for pain relief. It is suggested to consult a primary care physician. A complete history of this pain, clinical examination and work up is necessary for determining the exact cause. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
