I wouldn't worry too much still and would still suspect the later time may have just thrown your body off.  If you're worried about the risk, you can have your partner use condoms for the duration of the pack to ensure you don't become pregnant as a result.

So, do you mean you're taking them late?  Or are you missing them?  If it's like half an hour or so each night, I wouldn't worry about pregnancy, but it is possible it is confusing your body to have the hormone lapse like that and it may be wanting to start its cycle.  It would be far too soon to have pregnancy symptoms if you just did this this past week.  I suggest setting an alarm so you are less likely to forget or miss a pill.

If you are missing, then yes, there is definitely a pretty good chance for pregnancy.

It is possible to be pregnant while on the pill (even if you take them regularly- though the chances are small) especially if you have been forgetting to take them.
