possible pregnancy? - birth control pills + her period came after that

Hello,
Are there any chances that a woman I had sex with got pregnant, if she was on birth control pills and her period came after that (4-5 days later)?
(I did not ejaculate inside her, but though the sex was unprotected)
She's 43 years old, which lowers the chances, I guess.
She assured me that I don't have any reasons to worry, as her period came; but I know that there are bleedings that can be confused with periods.

Do I have any reasons to worry that she got pregnant? Should I ask her to do a pregnancy test?

Thanks.

Sorry for your worry, I don't think that she's pregnant, she saw her period

Thanks for your answer. My only worry is about "periods" which are not real periods, but women can perceive them like that (and even have them at regular intervals of time, even if they got pregnant meanwhile - just heard/read about some cases).
